This is my Artist Statement. I started photography in the fall semester of my freshman year of high school and ever since I have really enjoyed it. I struggled a little bit at the beginning because I never had good shoots or good ideas. As the year went on and when I got into photo 2 it was a little better. Some of my biggest challenges were getting good contrast so that the pictures wouldn't be super grey, so that I would have clear blacks and whites. Another things would be that I could definitely work on focusing everything a little better. 

       I have definitely grown as an artist because everything last semester was grey and now I have black and whites. I would love to continue doing photography, but most likely digital, not film because I have always liked digital better.
